Do you have a physical shop or showroom?

To keep our prices fair and accessible, we currently do not operate a physical showroom in the United States. This allows us to focus on offering high-quality Balinese home décor while keeping overhead costs low.

That said, we do offer a 7-day return policy for eligible items, so you can shop with confidence. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges section for details.

Are my payment details safe?

Yes. Our online store is powered by Shopify, a leading global e-commerce platform. All transactions are protected using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, which ensures that your personal and payment information is securely transmitted.

Can I pay in my local currency?

All prices and checkout are displayed in USD (United States Dollars). If your bank account uses a different currency, your bank will automatically apply the current exchange rate.

What payment methods do you offer?

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit & debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay & Google Pay

Where is my order shipped from?

Orders may ship from one of two locations:

  • Texas, USA – for in-stock items
  • Bali, Indonesia – for select or custom-made items

The shipping origin will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship within the United States only. If you are located outside the US and would like to place an order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to advise.

Which courier do you use to ship my order?

  • For items shipped from Texas, we work with trusted domestic shipping partners.
  • For items shipped from Bali, we use DHL Express for reliable international delivery.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 business days.

After dispatch:

  • US in-stock orders usually arrive within 4–7 business days
  • Bali-shipped items vary depending on destination and customs clearance

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Can I choose the day or time of my delivery?

Delivery schedules are managed by third-party couriers, so we cannot guarantee a specific date or time. If you have a time-sensitive request, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Packing & Protection

Bed Headboards

  • Each headboard is divided into 4 equal panels
  • Each panel is individually wrapped in bubble wrap
  • All panels are wrapped together with high-density foam and packed in reinforced cardboard
  • Extra padding is added to all edges and corners for maximum protection

Decorative Panels

  • Packed using the same protective method
  • Panels are shipped as a whole (not divided), with reinforced corner and edge padding

Shipping labels

All packages are clearly labeled “FRAGILE”prior to dispatch.

Custom-Made & Bali-Shipped Items (DHL)

A limited selection of items ships directly from Bali.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs may be higher due to international express delivery
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility
  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns and cancellations?

Yes, under the following conditions:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Return items within 7 days of delivery
  • Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase

Non-returnable items

Custom-made, personalised, or Bali-shipped items cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged.

Return shipping & condition

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Items must be returned in their original condition
  • Any loss in value due to improper handling may be deducted from the refund

How do I request a return?

My item arrived damaged

If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 3 business days of delivery.

Please email:

  • Clear photos of the damage
  • Photos of the packaging

Claims submitted after the 3-day window may not be eligible for refunds or replacements.

Product Questions

How do I hang my wall panels?

Most of our panels include one or more pre-installed hooks on the back.

If no hooks are present, we recommend the following options:

  • 3M Command hooks – suitable for items up to 3 kg
  • Wall nails or screws – recommended for heavier pieces
  • Mounting brackets (hanging kits) – available upon request for larger or heavier panels

Always ensure your wall type and mounting method can support the item’s weight.

How do I set up my bed headboard?

In most cases, the headboard can be placed securely by positioning it between the wall and the bed frame.

For beds with very low frames, we recommend securing the headboard to the wall using brackets to prevent movement or tilting.

Bed headboards are delivered in 4 panels. Please handle edges and corners carefully during installation.

How do I care for my carved panels?

  • Dust regularly using a soft, dry brush or cloth
  • Avoid harsh cleaners, detergents, or excessive moisture
  • Handle edges and corners with care, as carved details are delicate
  • Keep items in a well-ventilated indoor area

If surface mould appears due to humidity, gently wipe with a cloth lightly dampened with warm water and a small amount of diluted bleach, then allow to dry completely.

Can your panels be used outdoors?

Our panels are designed for indoor use. They are not suitable for direct exposure to rain, humidity, or prolonged sunlight.
