In-Stock Items

Available items shipped from our Texas warehouse in the USA are delivered within a maximum of 7 working days via UPS Ground, with no minimum spend or weight limit.

Items dispatched from our warehouse in Bali, Indonesia require 10 to 15 working days to be delivered with our preferred courier partner DHL International.

Tracking numbers are automatically provided in both cases.

Custom-made Items

All custom-made or made-to-order items are shipped from Bali, Indonesia. They will take 5-10 days to be crafted and require 10 to 15 working days to be delivered with our preferred courier partner DHL International.

Shipping Insurance

All shipments are insured. If your parcel arrives damaged, please send us clear photos to support@kulturedeco.com within 5 working days, so we can file a claim with the courier on your behalf.
