Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you received your item. If more than 7 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be returned in the original packaging.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
We cannot accept returns for:

Items not in original condition, or items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not our fault.

Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Items that were purchased on discount.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Damaged item on arrival
If your item arrived damaged, you must notify us within 5 working days from delivery. Please send clear photos to support@kulturedeco.com so we can investigate with the courier.
After the 5-day period, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.
